ClickDimensions, Oktopost team on new social engagement platform

ClickDimensions, a marketing automation solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365, is joining forces with Oktopost, a B2B social media management platform, to offer a new ClickDimensions social engagement platform.

The social engagement platform is an add-on module to the social posting features that ClickDimensions provides out of the box. The new offering lets users manage all their social media activity, including scheduling, publishing, analytics and reporting, content curation, listening, campaign tracking, and advocacy programs, said the companies in a statement.

The module is designed to enable users to track the status and content of social posts in Dynamics 365 so they can have one view into the effectiveness of their campaigns. Oktopost CEO Daniel Kushner said in a statement that the company's work with ClickDimensions will "ensure that B2B marketers can enjoy powerful social marketing tools without leaving their Microsoft Dynamics interface."

As ClickDimensions CEO Mike Dickerson describes the need, social marketing in a digitally-led world is no longer a nice-to-have, "it's an essential part of any marketing mix." He says as well that the Oktopost offers ClickDimensions customers industry-leading social functionality designed specifically to enable B2B marketers to convert social media views to new business leads.

Kushner went on to say that with the Oktopost-powered social engagement functionality, ClickDimensions customers can improve their lead data with augmented social statistics, and can accurately attribute lead sources from social media.

In addition to the new social marketing features, ClickDimensions customers can also access marketing tools, including email marketing, campaign automation, web intelligence, web forms, landing pages, and surveys, from their Dynamics environments, the companies described in the statement.
