CIBER, VUE Launch Products based on Health Plan Sales Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Two solution providers have announced new offerings based on the Health Plan Sales Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and xRM framework.

Ciber Inc., an information technology consulting and managed services company, has launched its HealthPlan360 Sales Solution, a set of tools and services to help health plan providers improve the healthcare payer experience. And VUE Software has launched VUE CRM for Insurance.

CIBER is a new Connected Health Partner for Microsoft. The HealthPlan360 Sales Solution lets health plan providers efficiently move member service processes online so they can manage and monitor sales, marketing, member services and retention, officials said. By ensuring that its members receive the best service, plan providers can increase market share, boost revenue and save money on administrative costs.

"HealthPlan360, which is a unique CIBER offer designed exclusively for the healthcare payer market, positions CIBER as one of Microsoft's leading partners for providing xRM-based solutions for the healthcare industry," said Dale Rinke, senior director of CIBER's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Practice, in a statement. "We are proud of the deep understanding of the healthcare payer vertical, the expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and the innovation that went into the development of this solution."

VUE Software positions VUE CRM as a way to increase visibility of an insurance plan's members and prospects interactions.
