A Helpful Foot Forward: Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step 2.0: Navigate Into Success raves about the benefits of the latest Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology released earlier this month. The new version is available for download to all partners enrolled in a service plan. Blogger Vjekoslav Babic, exclaims, "If you were a partner, and thought you had no reason to enroll in [a service plan] before, now there is a compelling reason to do so." He provides a thoughtful list of the many improvements of Sure Step 2.0 compared  the previous version, including a new user interface, project repository, better diagnostics, and new project types.

Concise and Comprehensive: New Brochure of Microsoft Midsize Business Solutions: The Microsoft SMB Community Blog is offering a new, comprehensive brochure of Microsoft Midsize Business Solutions. In addition to providing a  thorough overview of midsize business offerings, the brochure describes customer pain points and examples of how specific solutions make midsize businesses more productive, mobile, and secure. A customizable electronic version of the brochure is available on Microsoft's Ready-To-Go Web site, and should prove to a useful supplement for discussions with prospects and existing customers.
