Avtex Announces xRM Application for Commercial Real Estate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Microsoft Dynamics partner Avtex recently announced its Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based application customized for commercial real estate.

Avtex's xRM for Commercial Real Estate is the first of several vertical xRM applications the company plans to launch for Dynamics CRM 2011. The new xRM solution for commercial real estate was rolled out as part of the company's involvement in a  Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 launch event.

CRM products for real estate have typically been one-size-fit-all solutions, according to the company. The commercial real estate market, among many others, requires a great deal of complexity involved in managing multi-layer relationships, sales contracts, communications and other processes.  Avtex says it views the Dynamics CRM 2011 as offering a new opportunity to allow providers to develop a cloud-based or server-based platform so they can develop custom vertical solutions.

"Based on what we've learned, a cloud-based xRM application like this is an excellent example of the power of the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM," said Bart Sneary, VP of CRM for Avtex, in a statement. "We listened to our commercial real estate clients and came up with way to apply Dynamics capabilities to their environment and help them improve efficiency, streamline communications and maintain lower costs. By populating the tool with customized data, we pass on significant time and cost savings to the customer."

One of the features of the Avtex solution is a property database module that works directly within Dynamics CRM. Commercial property managers need a sophisticated database that integrates communication and reporting processes and links with the appropriate documentation for tenants, partners, vendors and suppliers, officials said.
