Alithya acquires Microsoft Biz Apps specialist XRM Vision for C$35 million

Global technology services firm Alithya announced it has acquired XRM Vision, a digital services firm specializing in the Microsoft Business Applications space. 

The purchase price will be “up to C$35 million, payable in cash and Class A subordinate voting shares ("Class A Shares"), including a potential earnout,” according to Alithya.

XRM Vision are Microsoft channel veterans with specialization in CRM and project portfolio mnagement solutions developed with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies. They have a team of about 85 specialists with locations in Canada and Morocco. 

In 2021, XRM Vision merged with British Columbia-based TDT, bringing their combined headcount to 80 at that time.
