360 Vertical Solutions merges with SAGlobal, growing the Microsoft partner's services industry reach

Microsoft partner 360 Vertical Solutions is merging with SAGlobal under the SAGlobal brand, the companies announced today. The deal will grow their combined presence as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner in the professional services sector with expertise across both CRM and ERP and a broader set of vertical solutions.

360 Vertical Solutions sells and services two Dynamics 365 CRM-focused solutions: AEC360 for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry; and Legal360 for the legal industry. The firm also serves accounting and consulting firms. SAGlobal offers a range of solutions around ERP, PSA, and HCM, including a focus on Dynamics 365 apps.

The two firms have been alerting customers, partners, and Microsoft about the merger in recent days, says 360 Vertical Solutions president & CEO Whit McIsaac, and the response to the deal has been very positive. "It's fair to say it's been received very well," he says. "Everyone seems to be very excited and see the same vision we do."

The deal, when completed, will be encompass all staff, IP, and offices of 360 Vertical Solutions. SAGlobal will increase its international reach with a presence in eighteen countries.

The companies have partnered for many years, according to McIsaac and SAGlobal's Andy Yeomans, who both spoke with MSDW about the merger.
