Selling your products in multiple units in D365 Sales

Writing on the Himbap blog, Mahender Pal described a problem for  Dynamics 365 Sales customer. When a user tried to add a product to an opportunity, the unit field showed only one unit to choose from. However, Pal noted that the client expected to see multiple units, but only one option was available.

According to Pal, the issue was that the product had multiple units set up in its unit group, but the price list included a price list item for only one of those units. In his post, Pal explained how to solve the problem.

Pal stated that after investigating the issue, he discovered that the problem wasn't with the opportunity or the product. It was related to the price list items.

In his post, Pal explained how to solve the problem.

New D365 Field Service scheduling enhancements

Writing on her blog, Dian Taylor stated that Microsoft recently released a long list of updates for Dynamics 365 Field Service scheduling as part of the 2026 Release Wave 1.
