Microsoft boosts M365 Copilot collaboration with Pages and Agents
Microsoft has announced updates to Microsoft 365 Copilot including a new Business Chat interaction model, enhancements to AI tools within the business productivity suite, and the rollout of Copilot agents.
BizChat will be the “new UI for AI” at Microsoft, according to, according to Jared Spataro, Microsoft CVP for AI at Work. He described BizChat as “a central hub that brings together all your data—web data, work data, and line of business data” that users can work with individually or in a team, setting the context of the interaction to either “web” or “work” to define the context of the prompting and the results. Within BizChat, Pages is the “persistent canvas” for “multiplayer AI collaboration.” Spataro explained:
