Microsoft has announced plans for three new vertical and horizontal solutions that will encourage greater use of the company's cloud IoT platform. Dynamics 365 Product Insights, Dynamics 365 IoT Intelligence, and Dynamics 365 Connected Store all promise to improve operations and the delivery of products and services thanks to IoT data captured by sensors and routed through platforms like Azure IoT Hub and Azure IoT Central.

The new products were revealed along with a range of updates on new Dynamics 365 solutions that offer IoT and AI capabilities including Virtual Agents, Fraud Protection, and Customer Insights.

Dynamics 365 Product Insights

Dynamics 365 Product Insights brings data from connected physical products back to the manufacturer for insights into performance and customer interactions. Product Insights works in aggregate, like all data about a model, or and on data from a single device.
