Microsoft extends industry cloud model to financial services, manufacturing, and nonprofit

Microsoft's new model of centralizing industry solutions under a unified brand will now extend to the financial services, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors.

The newest Microsoft Cloud industry offerings will join the recently launched Microsoft Cloud for Retail and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

Alysa Taylor, Microsoft CVP for business applications and global industry, noted that the three new offerings will build on Microsoft's long history in each of these spaces, including their existing internal employees, partners, and customers.

Each cloud offering brings together tools and capabilities from various parts of Microsoft, including a industry-specific data models, support for industry standards, and offerings that use Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and security solutions. Some of these offerings will also include new pre-built solutions, connectors, and tools.
