Azure Updates: Global Acceleration Program; AI Foundry; OpenAI
Microsoft VP Ali Powell announced a new SAP and Microsoft joint program, the RISE with SAP on Microsoft Azure Global Acceleration Program. The program is intended to provide prescriptive guidance, recommendations, and new security principles for organizations to work off of. The program is being offered worldwide, providing RISE with SAP on Azure customers a way to accelerate migrations. The two companies developed the program to include a few different components such as designated resources, proactive services, and enhanced support. Going forward, Microsoft aims to benefit customers with a reliable migration framework, security, resilience, program sponsorship, and AI readiness.
CVP Jessica Hawk shared a unique example of Microsoft AI capabilities in action with the band Coldplay. The band released an AI-powered experience intended to allow fans to interact with their new album. It allows fans to create their own 15-second clip of a film with Microsoft Copilot. She explained that the remix experience was built with Azure AI Foundry, the integrated AI platform introduced a few months ago at Ignite.
