Dynamics 365 Sales investing in velocity, new mobile apps, says Microsoft GM

Microsoft will prioritize stability and user experience in upcoming releases of Dynamics 365 Sales and Sales Insights, but users can also expect new tools to increase seller productivity, decision making, and personalization.

Speaking at Community Summit Europe today as part of a Microsoft panel, Ray Smith, GM for Sales, Sales Insights, and Forms Pro, provided hints about what to expect in the next release wave.  Smith is still a relative newcomer to Microsoft. He joined Microsoft in September 2019, coming from SAP where he had been product head for SAP's Sales Cloud.
