CRMUG Summit 2016: Expect a For-User, By-User Feel, says Director Tony Stein
If there's one word to describe how Tony Stein feels about every aspect of CRMUG Summit 2016 it's "excited."
As director of CRMUG, Stein is responsible for the programming direction and content of the group. He spoke with MSDynamicsWorld.com about what makes this October's conference special, about the value of the event to users, and exactly what he's looking forward to.
MSDW: What makes Summit 2016 special?
Tony Stein: This is an entire event that is focused on a for-user, by-user sentiment of people simply rolling up their sleeves and wanting to help one another through a sincere sense of altruism. It really is the good spirit of folks who want to help one another with the solution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
And in today's event landscape there is no place on earth that you will find an event that will have the sheer number of experts and folks willing to help one another across the Microsoft Dynamics CRM landscape. Our entire event is dedicated to the existing customers who are using Dynamics CRM today in their environments.
This year we had an embarrassment of riches. We had so many people in our call-for-proposal process submit topics and things they wanted to share with this community. And I'm so excited about the many different users who are stepping up for the first time. I'm excited that more and more of our content is being led by functional users, Microsoft CRM customers, more than ever.
