Xpertdoc, e-SignLive Support Latest Version of Dynamics CRM

Microsoft partner Xpertdoc and e-SignLive by Silanis have announced an integrated solution that supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online.

The joint solution automates the entire document transaction lifecycle - from document generation to e-signature - directly from Dynamics CRM, according to officials of the two companies. Xpertdoc chose to integrate e-SignLive e-signatures into its Dynamics CRM Connector because the solution enhances the security of e-signed transactions.

The integrated solution lets Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online users easily merge CRM data with any type of document at the click of a button, then seamlessly send it for signature via e-SignLive, officials said.

Once the transaction is complete, the e-signed document is stored securely in Dynamics CRM with a complete audit trail of who signed, when and in what order. This approach maintains vendor independence without having to rely on the vendor's service, according to officials.

Armanino Rolls Out Forecast Management Solution for Dynamics CRM

Armanino LLP, an accounting and business consulting firm, has released a Forecast Management solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM that is also compatible with all CRM solutions.

The sales forecast management tool lets sales and operations executives develop detailed sales forecast to support the sales and operations planning process, according to company officials. The Armanino Forecast Management solution includes the ability to forecast by customer, product, opportunity, territory, revenue and parts quantity.

Specifically, Armanino's Forecast Management solution helps increase productivity by streamlining and automating the forecasting process for all businesses to ensure that sales revenue forecasting is accurate and timely, also helping to reduce excess inventory, officials said.

Panatrack Rolls Out Enhanced WMS Features for Dynamics GP

Panatrack has release Version 7 of its PanatrackerGP WMS (warehouse management system) for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Version 7 supports Dynamics GP 2015, as well as GP 10, GP 2010, and GP 2013.

Version 7 is focused primarily on enhanced order fulfillment. Distributors can now pick items to a movable bin or staging area, then later confirm accuracy and pack to a shipping container. Additionally, warehouse zones and picking routes can now be defined in the warehouse so the picking team can operate more efficiently by avoiding wasted movement, according to company officials.

"These are features that many people thought were only available in an expensive stand-alone WMS," said Panatrack Senior Product Specialist Karl Jensen in a statement. "But, the overhead of a separate WMS often means problematic data synchronization and audit issues. We've leveraged GP's features and created an embedded WMS at a great value."
