Dynamics CRM Online has gone live in 17 new markets, Microsoft announced today. The expansion of the service adds CRM Online to Microsoft's datacenter in Brazil.

In a blog post on the new availability, Dynamics CRM CVP Bob Stutz reiterated the fact that Dynamics CRM Online has a new top-tier stature in Microsoft's online business solutions portfolio. "Together with Microsoft Azure and Office 365, CRM Online is a critical part of the Microsoft Cloud for Business," he wrote.

The expansion of services includes several Latin American, Middle Eastern, and Asian countries, as well as other locales around the world. Here's the list:

Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, U.S. Virgin Islands, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates

Dynamics CRM Online is now available in four global regions serving over 50 global markets, Stutz said.  CRM Online was positioned at WPC 2014 as one of Microsoft's big bets in 2015. At WPC, officials also announced that Lifecycle Services, which is currently a service for use with Dynamics AX 2012, will be made available for Dynamics CRM as well.
