There's no question what the top Microsoft Dynamics CRM story of 2013 was. CRM 2013, a.k.a. Orion, made it out the door successfully this autumn, and it is the single biggest factor shaping the ecosystem as we head into 2014.

"We are underway with the CRM 2013 upgrade flow and [Online] customers [are] rushing for the upgrade by Feb 14," one Dynamics CRM pro told us late in December. "Mobility continues to drive sales. Navigation for XRM is also becoming a hot topic and we expect the Dynamics CRM product team will look to address it in future releases."
