The Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners attending the eXtremeCRM event this week in Rome have had no shortage of things to say on Twitter, offering information and commentary on Dynamics CRM corporate vice president Bob Stutz's keynote, sponsor sessions, new features, even the quality of the food.

Dynamics CRM consultant and blogger Jukka Niiranen was kind enough to collect a range of the event's keynote details in Storify format, highlighting a range of responses from attendees taking in Bob Stutz's talk.

Some points of note included an adjustment to the Update Rollup approach (they will only address bug fixes, while new features will arrive in releases), affirmation that Microsoft will not charge extra for mobile access to Dynamics CRM, a focus on usability, and more detail on the mobility roadmap.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Mobility Roadmap

That mobility roadmap, according to slides presented at the event, includes an iPad app for Dynamics CRM on-premise with the Orion release along with "basic customization" and the previously demonstrated "hybrid sales application," which is planned for both Windows 8 and iPad tablets.  The Leo release adds Android support, a "hybrid service application" for tablets, and advanced customization for mobile apps. Beyond Leo, goals include offline support, device management, and a hybrid marketing application.
