Endace Goes Live with Experlogix to Manage Customer Quotations

Experlogix Inc., a provider of product configurator solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP, has announced that Endace has successfully deployed the Experlogix Configurator to streamline quote production within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

"Previously we were creating SKUs for each of the product combinations we offered," said Endace Business Systems Manager, Sander Lommertzen, in a statement. "Our intelligent recording systems have many variables and options, and as the number of products expanded, the list of SKUs became difficult to manage. Our goal was to find a solution that would allow for a more manageable list of primary products that could be configured dynamically."

Endace needed a product configurator solution that offered:

• Tight integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX
• Ability to deliver a quote that shows a product configuration with a single price
• Support for on-premise, web-based, tablet, and offline deployments
• Support for complementing products and upselling
• Ability to dynamically create a Bill of Materials for Dynamics AX
