Zero2Ten Opens UK Office, Expanding Reach of Its Dynamics CRM Online Deployment Model

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online consultancy has expanded its operations to the UK with a new local office, headed by Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales veteran Adam Spurr. 

Spurr has opened the company's UK office in Manchester, England this month.  With past experience at other UK Dynamics CRM consultancies, he believes that Zero2Ten's philosophy of fixed fee, fixed scope CRM engagements offers a real change to the UK marketplace. 

"CRM doesn't have to be difficult or expensive," Spurr says. "Make sure that goes next to my name."  Zero2Ten's fixed fee, fixed scope approach to projects has made its mark on the company's new EMEA president, who began his employment at the company with a few months in their US offices. "It's a massive change in the UK," he says. "Nobody, to my knowledge, is doing purely fixed fee work right now...I'm astounded every day at their ability to deliver what I thought was an extremely complicated business application in a short amount of time. I'm a total convert," he says.

The UK opportunity

Zero2Ten's expansion to the UK grew out of its desire to expand in two segments - the small and midsize businesses (SMBs) who were already engaging Zero2Ten from the UK with a purely virtual engagement experience, as well as the untapped market of enterprise customers who would demand a physical presence in the country before engaging.
