Three Reps, One Merchant: How Booksy Stopped Duplicates at Every Entry Point

Booksy, a leading beauty marketplace with more than 800 employees in seven countries, lets merchants reach it through any channel they like: its app, social ads, landing pages, blog content, field sales, and purchased data lists. But each channel could create its own CRM record. One merchant could end up as three separate accounts, worked by three different sales reps who didn’t know about each other. About 30% of purchased leads were already in the system, and a new merchant might hear from four or five Booksy employees before onboarding was even finished. With Plauti, Booksy now matches and merges duplicates live at every entry point, whether data comes in through the API, manual entry, or automated workflows. It uses flexible, no-code merge rules tuned to avoid false positives. Today, 60% of records are processed automatically, and every merchant has one sales rep and one customer success manager. Assigning sales commissions used to take hours every month and now takes almost no time.
