Local Youth Football Club Teams Up with Insight Works for Seat Drop at Directions EMEA 2025
On Wednesday, November 5, Insight Works welcomed attendees to the Day 2 Keynote at Directions EMEA 2025 with a lighthearted gesture: 3,300 plush toys placed on every seat in Hall 7A. The display brought a moment of surprise and fun to the morning session—and it came together with help from a dedicated team just outside Poznań.
In preparation for the keynote, Insight Works partnered with UKS Lider Swarzędz, a local youth football/soccer club, to assist with placing the plush toys throughout the venue. The players approached the task with enthusiasm and efficiency, working alongside Insight Works team members to complete the setup in time for the keynote.
Insight Works sincerely thanks the club for their support and teamwork. Their involvement transformed a logistical challenge into a smooth and enjoyable experience, adding a meaningful local connection to the event.
Partnering with a local football club brought more than just extra hands; it brought energy, pride, and a real sense of connection to the Poznań community. For the players, this was more than a volunteer task; it was a chance to be part of an international event and witness how global business and local talent can come together in meaningful ways. For Insight Works, it was a rewarding way to engage with the local community while highlighting the power of collaboration.
As a Gold sponsor of Directions EMEA 2025, Insight Works values both innovation and community. Collaborating with UKS Lider Swarzędz offered a unique opportunity to involve local youth in the energy of an international event and to share a moment of fun with thousands of attendees.
The plush toys—Insight Works’ brand ambassadors—have become a familiar sight at events worldwide. At Directions EMEA 2025, they also became a symbol of local support, shared effort, and a strong start to a standout keynote.
