John Clark is a Microsoft Federal Solution Architect within the Azure, Cloud and AI organization whose focus is primarily on US Federal Government customers.  Prior to this role, John was a Cross-Domain Solution Architect providing transformational solution architecture to commercial and public sector customers, that leveraged solutions across the Microsoft Intelligent Cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics/Power Platform).  John has been a Sr. Consultant and Architect with Microsoft for eleven with Microsoft and has continued to contribute to and leverages the DevOps and Modern Service Management Body of Knowledge within Microsoft.  He was a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and then Worldwide Modern Service Management Community Lead, that has helped further the basis of Modern Service Management and continues even in his current role, to share IP, knowledge, patterns and practices to Federal Government as well as non-Federal customers.
