This week's Azure outage in Southeast Asia took down Dynamics 365 Business Central customers, too

Microsoft reported a serious outage at a data center in its Southeast Asia region earlier this week, caused by cooling systems taken offline by a utility power surge. The issue (Tracking ID: VN11-JD8) forced engineers to take compute and storage units offline until cooling was restored, and the impact on downstream systems appears to have included many Dynamics 365 Business Central instances in the region, including production systems.

As the outage propagated to BC instances, users and consultants took to social media to check on the breadth of the outage, with some noting that it was also affecting Microsoft 365 and lasted for hours.

As we are BC partner, we send mail to MS support to request a claim for BC outage.

MS support said they will not credit for BC, just for Azure customers !!!!!!!

What should we do ?
