WalkMe announces UI process analysis tool for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Digital adoption technology vendor WalkMe has announced UI Intelligence for Microsoft Dynamics 365, a new solution aimed at helping customers evaluate user interfaces and processes.

"UII allows us to understand context, elements on a page, and business processes directly from the UI without computer vision," said WalkMe CEO and co-founder Dan Adika in an announcement of the service.

One use of UII will be to gather data on the type of errors users are getting, where the errors are happening, and how much time it takes users to complete a process, he explained.
