WalkMe supports digital adoption platform on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Microsoft has welcomed venture-funded digital adoption vendor WalkMe to the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. WalkMe's solution will be available to run atop Dynamics 365 Sales to improve training and onboarding, the company announced.

WalkMe's platform allows organizations to create  interactive, on-screen sequences to guide and engage users in context and at the time they need it, according to the company. The offering is aimed at enterprise-scale companies, including teams looking to deploy a solution like D365 Sales globally.
