TVision, Cirrus Nova Partner to Compete in Recruiting Software Landscape with Microsoft Dynamics-based Solution

UK-based Microsoft Gold Partner, TVision Technology and Cirrus Nova have teamed up to provide a new combined back and front office solutions for the recruitment industry built on an integrated platform using Microsoft's Dynamics NAV and CRM.

And if you ask them, it's about time that Microsoft partners stepped into this market space with a solution ready to disrupt the status quo.

"Early entrants to the market such as Bond have become well established by default, but are now struggling to adapt their product offerings to cloud for example," says Nicki Stewart, sales and marketing director, TVision. "Feedback from exiting users suggest that [existing solutions] may also suffer from a poor reputation for performance, reliability and customer services. Back office accounts tends to be an off the shelf package, ranging from [Microsoft Dynamics] GP to Sun to Sage. Integration is poor, typically manual and reconciliation a continual battle." TVision has developed its Agency Time solution, based on Dynamics NAV, to cover the combined needs of back and middle office in a single system, and Cirrus Nova has created PRISM, which provides a fully featured front office based on Dynamics CRM. The solutions can be delivered standalone or fully integrated, as well as with any mix of on- and off- premise deployments.
