TRIMIT Web Portals Now Running on Tablets, Smartphones with Integration to Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Gold-certified Dynamics Partner TRIMIT has launched an updated version of its TRIMIT Web Portals- TRIMIT Sales Agent and TRIMIT B2B for both Fashion and Furniture-that run on tablet PCs and smartphones.

The TRIMIT Sales Agent Portal can be used on the iPad, iPhone or any other tablet PC or Android smartphone, according to the company. The Sales Agent Web Portal is made for direct sales teams and agents. It enables them to pick their own customers or shops and place orders through a very simple and intuitive user interface, the company said.

The Web Portal gives sales people access to customer-related information, making it possible for them to answer requests concerning time of delivery, best sellers, stock etc. Having access to this information enables sales people the get the order on the spot without involving the back office, and improves customer service, officials said.

TRIMIT customers that use our Web Portal technology can now give their sales force, for example, direct access to take orders on the fly, directly on their iPads-with direct and instant integration into the back office TRIMIT and Microsoft Dynamics NAV applications."
