TinderBox integrates its sales automation software with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Sales automation software company TinderBox has launched a new integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The company's web-based offering combines document generation, document management, and electronic signatures that are tailored for use during the sales process.
The four year old Indianapolis-based venture-funded company has been working in the Salesforce and NetSuite ecosystems for some time. According to director of product management Jim McIntosh, the company is in the process of working out agreements with Dynamics CRM VARs in various geographies. They also have an initial group of Dynamics CRM deals already sold, he said.
Integration between TinderBox and Dynamics CRM will rely on the same integration framework that the company has used with other external CRM systems. Data from CRM entities like opportunities, quotes, and orders, can be extracted to Tinderbox for use in generating customized documents. Those documents can then be managed, routed, electronically signed, and stored in a compliant way, both within Tinderbox and in secondary systems.
Documents generated by TinderBox can be routed to recipients inside or outside the organization. Recipients can then accept or decline them electronically. Document tracking and analytics allow salespeople to track who views and shares the documents they send. Dynamics CRM users with TinderBox integration will be able to access content online, collaborate with colleagues and customers, and control access to content and documents.
