Bloom Avenue Chooses Ignify eCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP Solutions for its Online Business

Flower retailer Bloom Avenue has selected Ignify eCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics AX to power a new online storefront so visitors can order and ship flowers, plants and gift baskets for any occasion around the country.

Features of the online storefront include quick image views, pre-ordering for Valentine's Day and other holidays, specified delivery dates and order tracking capabilities, according to the companies.

"We chose Ignify because of its outstanding track record for improving the usability experience for shoppers which is critical for repeat visits," said Kevin Hall, President of Bloom Avenue, in a statement.

Hall said the combination of Ignify eCommerce and Dynamics AX will make it easy for customers to choose the perfect flowers based on price, occasion or style, add personalized flare and have them delivered to anywhere in the country on a date of their choosing.

"Improving the shoppers experience to browse merchandise and checkout will always remain the number one priority for online retailers," said Sandeep Walia, CEO of Ignify, in the statement. "Bloom Avenue's site literally makes ordering flowers as easy as a few mouse clicks."

Walia said internal departments can also use Ignify eCommerce to monitor web analytics and run targeted promotions that improve conversions and revenue through the web stores.
