TeamViewer logoTeamViewer has announced that its remote control tools now integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience apps.

The company's tools already work with earlier versions of Dynamics CRM, but the update makes them available on AppSource and compatible with the latest version of the Sales and Customer Service apps.

TeamViewer's remote access solution can be used by sales and service representatives working in Dynamics 365 apps. From within the screens for contacts, accounts, cases, leads and opportunities, the solution provides the ability to launch new sharing sessions with customers and prospects. After emailing a link, agents receive an alert when the person is ready to initiate screen sharing on their device. One agent can support many customer interactions simultaneously with the smart notifications feature.

Immediate remote assistance accelerates sales cycles, says the company. And the solution includes its own reporting and dashboard capabilities for auditing and measuring improvements of lead conversion and issue resolution with TeamViewer.

"We're happy to welcome TeamViewer to the growing AppSource Marketplace ecosystem," said Cecilia Flombaum, director of strategy and planning for Microsoft Dynamics 365, in a statement.

TeamViewer is also integrated with Microsoft Intune, the remote mobile device, application and PC management platform. End users or administrators can initiate remote support sessions from within Intune on any device.
