Scribe Launches New CRM Synchronization Service on its Online Platform

Integration solution provider Scribe announced it has rolled out Scribe Online Synchronization Services (SYS), the second service delivered on the Scribe Online cloud integration platform. Scribe Online SYS is aimed at simplifying the synchronization between CRM and other business applications - finding a balance between existing tools that, the company believes, are either too complex or too simplistic.

Scribe Online SYS lets businesses, partners, and ISVs synchronize customer data with CRM and throughout the enterprise, officials said. Transportation services company, Online Group UK, is one of the early adopters of Scribe Online SYS.

According to David Rutland, CEO of Online Technology, the company needed access to accurate, real-time customer data in one place. SYS integrated and synchronized the company's data in the cloud. Rutland said Online Technology is working with its partner, Klient Informatics, to consolidate its business information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

In April 2011 Scribe announced the Scribe Online platform and its inaugural service, Scribe Online Replication Services (RS).  That offering is designed to help with backup, compliance, operational reporting, and business intelligence needs of Dynamics CRM 2011 customers.

As of six months ago, more than 20 of Scribe's partners were using the Scribe Online framework to create, package, and distribute data integration solutions, according to the company.
