QBS Group adds public and private hosting options for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

European Microsoft Dynamics Master VAR QBS has announced it is offering two cloud hosting options - a fully managed private cloud hosting service and an Azure-based option for Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 and 2015.

With QBS Fully Managed Hosting, companies can lease virtual private servers that are hosted in a private data center and includes a shared SQL Enterprise database and license, monitoring, and other hosting-related services, officials said. "Partners are completely hands off," according officials.

By contrast, QBS Partner Managed Hosting for Microsoft Dynamics NAV  uses Microsoft Azure, Office 365 single sign-on for NAV, and lacks firewall services or integration support for 3rd party services.

The new offering is just the latest in a series of updates from QBS Group. In addition to their role as a Master VAR, they also market the integrated OneBizz platform as a SaaS offering based on Dynamics NAV, CRM, and Office 365. As with their other service offerings, they have a built in and growing network of sales affiliates with whom to take their offerings to market.

In December, QBS Group acquired a major share of Quonext, the Spanish Dynamics ERP and CRM solution provider and Master VAR. As part of the deal, QBS Group took on six Quonext employees and added 55 Spanish sales affiliates to its existing network. The new unit is called QBS Iberica.
