Protech Integrates Zap’s Analytics to Enhance CRM for Members

Protech Associates is integrating the advanced reporting and analytics tools of Zap's Business Analytics for Microsoft Dynamics CRM into its association and member management solution CRM for Members.

Based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Protech's CRM for Members, which was launched in 2003, is a vertical Association Management Solution (AMS) that address the specific needs of associations including developing ongoing member relationships, cutting costs and enhancing revenue, according to the company.

Protech is now embedding the advanced analytics and reporting capabilities of the Zap product for every new user of CRM for Members.

"We wanted to deliver a better way for our customers to gain maximum benefit from their customer relationship management (CRM) deployments," said Janet Lampert, Vice President of Marketing at Protech, in a statement.

Lambert said Zap's solution helps Protech meet the needs of its association customers who are always trying to get out in front of member trends. She said because Business Analytics lets users identify and focus on the most important information so they can make the most informed business decisions.

CRM for Members and Business Analytics for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions have both achieved the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics CRM accreditation, meaning they have met Microsoft's global standard for software developed by partners.

Zap's Business Analytics lets Protech improve CRM for Members with web-based reports, dashboards, key performance indicators, scorecards, management reports, and ad-hoc analysis, the company said. In addition, a wizard-driven application that brings through Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations and security instantly helps customers requiring heavily customized implementations achieve rapid rollouts, the company said.
