PowerObjects, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, has launched PowerSurvey, a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-on solution through the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace.

PowerSurvey lets users send, collect and analyze survey data from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Survey responses and a survey sent history are linked back to the contact's history record. The survey data is stored inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so users can easily analyze the information with multiple reporting options, according to the company.

PowerSurvey features include:

  • Creating questions and surveys easily inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • E-mailing single or bulk surveys to contacts already in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Automatically sending surveys using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow option
  • Quick customer feedback to improve business processes
  • Survey data with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for easy analysis

PowerSurvey, part of PowerObjects' new PowerPack add-on solution group, is designed to improved the features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as provide greater functionality and efficiency with CRM, the company said.

"Our PowerPack add-ons were developed based on the needs and feedback from our customers and we are confident that these tools along with our new PowerSurvey tool will help deliver immediate value and added productivity to organizations already using Microsoft Dynamics CRM either on-premise or in the Cloud," said Jim Sheehan, COO of PowerObjects, in a statement.

PowerSurvey is available through a free 30-day trial or it can be purchased for just $2 per user through the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace.
