Novature strikes deal with Microsoft Dynamics specialist firm Simplanova

Business holding company Novature has announced a new agreement with Microsoft Dynamics services firm Simplanova. 

Describing the deal as a "strategic partnership", Novature stated that the two organizations want to “accelerate Microsoft Dynamics cloud migrations allowing faster modernization and adoption of AI opportunities of businesses worldwide.” 

“Becoming part of the Novature platform will help us to further accelerate the digital transformation in the Dynamics ecosystem,” said Ieva Kukeviciene, CEO of Simplanova, in a statement. 

For Novature, the deal provides a second Lithuania-based organization (Companial has offices in the country, too) with their own Microsoft Dynamics ERP cloud migration, modernization, and development services. The Simplanova team will remain intact, according to Novature CEO Louis Rustenhoven. 

“Simplanova will remain a separate label and a separate company and be run by the current management,” he told MSDW. “As I see it, we can both profit from this collaboration. We both have extensive history, and experience, in migrating customers and in the development of code for customers and of course for partners.”

Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, Simplanova was formed in 2013 by Microsoft channel experts including some who had previously worked at 1ClickFactory, a Lithuania-based IT services and development firm that joined with QBS Group to form Companial in Februrary 2022. Novature launched later in 2022 as a platform organization with funding from Quadrum Capital to hold a portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics partners, starting with Companial and ISV firm DycoTrade.
