UK-based managed services provider Node4 has acquired Tisski, a UK-based Microsoft partner focused on business applications and cloud services.
Tisski was founded in 2011 and has specialized in UK public sector work, along with nonprofit and other industries. Their clients include the UK Ministry of Defence and the Department for Transport. They recently announced a "seven-figure deal" with National Highways and work with HM Land Registry. Tisski have 184 staff, and Node4 states that they are"committed to retaining" them post-acquisition.
