Kalio Inc., a provider of SaaS-based e-commerce software for mid-size retailers has rolled out KalioCommerceSpring 2012. Enhancements to the product include retail performance dashboards, configurable promotions, and new integrations with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics GP.

Kalio Spring Launch 2012's new integrations to Dynamics NAV and GP provide simplified back-end operations such as order management, inventory, client information, and more. The integration with Dynamics NAV and GP lets retailers share real-time information from the e-commerce site to their back-end accounting, supply chain, and billing systems, officials said.

The platform offers WebService APIs for deeper integration with existing systems. The Kalio Business Activity Manager lets retailers improve operational efficiency and provide more relevant and accurate customer information, so retailers can improve customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty, officials said.

The new release also includes new dashboards for measuring visitor engagement, abandoned carts, and sales by traffic source.  Each dashboard addresses a specific e-commerce need and provides the critical information that enables business leaders to make the right decisions. Functions and features include:

  • Summary metrics and graphs enable an at-a-glance health check in each area;
  • Trend indicators make it easy to detect changes in site results, so retailers can quickly respond quickly to opportunities, and adjust shortcomings in their online retail operations;
  • Detailed reports allow retailers to drill down into the data underlying site results;
