Add Microsoft Forms attachments to SharePoint list attachments via Power Automate

On the PowerApps911 blog, Patrick Cooley explained an easy and reliable way to collect file attachments from Microsoft Forms and save them to a SharePoint list using Power Automate.

He noted that while you often use Power Apps to send data and files to SharePoint, you can do the same with forms and Power Automate. Cooley stated that although he ran into several problems while testing different methods, this one works well and gets the job done.

He stated that when someone uploads a file through your form (and the form must be shared within your organization), it's saved in the form creator's OneDrive, which means Power Automate must access that person's OneDrive to get the file.

He pointed out that there are two key things to know about this process and provided instructions on how to use Power Automate to add Microsoft Forms attachments to SharePoint list attachments.

Power Platform API and SDKs: from UX-first to API-first

On the Power Platform Developer Blog, Lane Swenka wrote that things are changing. He stated that the Power Platform is becoming API-first, which means every feature you see in the Power Platform admin center will also be available through public, well-documented APIs.
