Microsoft names 2022 Partner of the Year winners and finalists
Microsoft has announced its annual Partner of the Year award winners and finalists, and for 2022 the company has made a few adjustments to its award categories for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing were separate awards last year, now they are combined into one. D365 Customer Service and Field Service have also been merged. By contrast, D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management have been split apart, with SCM now combined with the nascent Intelligent Order Management app.
Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate are split apart into separate awards this year, too.
Partners with Dynamics and Power Platform expertise also picked up awards in other categories. The Community Response award went to Barhead Solutions in Australia for solutions they developed with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 for Nonprofits to help caseworkers from various organizations accurately gather information on homeless youths with the goal of matching their needs with the right help.
And the Nonprofit industry award recognized RSM for migrating a services organization focused on the elderly and people with disabilities to a cloud-based solution based on Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit, including multiple D365 apps, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
