Hoboken's eMazzanti Technologies Acquires Forceworks Office 365 Portfolio

eMazzanti Technologies, a retail IT consultant and managed services provider, has acquired a significant portion of the of portfolio of Forceworks, a Microsoft partner specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related applications.

The acquisition of Forceworks' Office 365 business expands eMazzanti's customer base and service delivery to the Office 365 community while Forceworks is divesting to focus on its Dynamics 365 strength, according to company officials.

"This is a strategic move that allows us to focus 100% of our effort on the products we know best," said Steve Mordue, CEO Forceworks, in a statement. "That means we can provide enhanced, more responsive service, and additional revenue-enhancing opportunities to our Dynamics 365 customers."

360 Vertical Solutions Announces Tim Kenney as Vice President, Legal360

360 Vertical Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Partner of the Year has hired Tim Kenney as vice president of its new Legal360 product division.

Kenney is a legal industry veteran with over 25 years in the vertical as a practicing attorney, consultant and legal software executive.
