APRA AMCOS teams up with EY and Microsoft to make music licensing easier in Australia and New Zealand

APRA AMCOS, which represents more than 124,000 songwriters, composers, and music publishers in Australia and New Zealand, has teamed up with Ernst & Young Australia (EY) and Microsoft to make music licensing easier for businesses and creators.

The new system uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights – Journey to enable venues and businesses to get their OneMusic licenses faster and with less paperwork, according to the companies.

APRA AMCOS adopted Dynamics 365 to replace fragmented data and limited automation with a single source of truth, the companies said. The system now gives teams real-time customer insights, streamlines billing, and delivers faster, more efficient service.
