PowerObjects to offer mobile toolkit designed for insurance industry
PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company, will soon deploy the Insurance Mobile Toolkit, a PowerApps-built solution designed to help insurance carriers, agencies, and brokers support their employees and independent contractors in the field.
The tool is aimed at helping agents manage their accounts, contacts, partners, claims, renewals, and referral relationships, as well as activities, leads, and opportunities, according to company officials. The insurance Mobile Toolkit will also offer mapping capabilities and route planning.
This new canvas app incorporates PowerApps, Azure Active Directory and Flow and integrates with Dynamics 365, officials said.
"The insurance industry is fraught with high turnover because of the incredible demand for experienced successful field agents, underwriters and claim adjusters," stated Jim Sheehan, senior vice president at PowerObjects. "The competition is fierce, and PowerObjects is proud to be at the forefront of leveraging the Microsoft technology stack to provide innovative and value-add toolsets designed to help our clients retain their agents."
Alithya joins the Provance partner program as a gold partner
Alithya Group and Provance have announced that Alithya has become a gold partner in the Provance partner program. Under the partnership, Alithya will represent Provance IT Service Management (ITSM – an IT service and IT asset management tool that runs natively in Dynamics 365 – as part of its digital technology service offerings in the UK, US, and Canada .
Alithya has delivered Microsoft solutions to over 1,200 clients and the company's Microsoft practice covers a wide variety of capabilities, including Dynamics 365, Azure, business analytics, digital solutions, advanced analytics, application development and architecture, according to officials of the two companies.
"We are excited to announce our partnership with Provance, as our customers digitally transform by leveraging the Microsoft Cloud platform and by specifically broadening their use of Microsoft Dynamics 365," stated Adam Spurr, Alithya's UK managing director. “We needed a strategic ITSM partner to complement our end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 offering."
