Mid-market distributor software provider Salespad rebrands as Cavallo, launches new offerings

Salespad, a provider of on-premises and cloud solutions specifically for mid-market distributors, has changed its name to Cavallo and launched its Distribution Cloud platform to give distributors the tools they need to operate more efficiently.

Cavallo Distribution Cloud will be released early in Q4 2021 and will initially focus on distributors running or considering Dynamics 365 Business Central. Cavallo plans to expand Distribution Cloud into other ERP systems.

"Our new Distribution Cloud platform raises the bar for those customers ready to move to the cloud," said Matt Abbott, chief strategy officer of Cavallo.

Fiserv launches cloud-based CRM platform

Fiserv Inc., a provider of financial services technology solutions, has launched EnteractSM, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform for financial institutions built on Dynamics 365.

Enteract helps financial institutions improve their customer relationships by providing bankers with insights to customer data and activity. The platform also streamlines service processes and customer onboarding, according to the company.

Enteract features a Microsoft Azure-based integration framework that synchronizes customer data with back-end systems. This enables companies to integrate processes across core banking, enterprise content management, and digital channels in real time, the company said.
