Customer Effective Announces Financial Services Industry Badge and Product Certification by AMR Research and Microsoft

Customer Effective Inc., a Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner, has achieved recognition on two fronts in the financial services market: the AMR Research Financial Services Industry Certification and the "Certified for Microsoft Dynamics" designation for its Capital Effective financial services solution.

Capital Effective is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution built by Customer Effective to address the sophisticated requirements of financial services firms in insurance, capital markets and banking.

To achieve the AMR Research Financial Services Industry Certification, AMR Research analysts thoroughly reviewed Customer Effective's industry experience, personnel and customer references, according to the company.

Capital Effective's Microsoft certification came after it passed rigorous testing administered an independent source. Additionally, Customer Effective had to show proof that customers had implemented its solution and it had to provide customer recommendations.

PowerObjects Successfully Completes SAS70 Type II Audit

PowerObjects, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM has successfully completed the Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70, Type II audit used around the world for evaluating information security processes and control procedures. The SAS 70 audit is a global auditing standard created by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

To meet the strict standards, PowerObjects, a hosting service provider dealing in highly sensitive business data, had to pass a security audit of its internal controls and activities, including the controls for information technology and various other related technologies, the company said.
