Albemarle County Service Authority Taps Tyler Technologies for Dynamics AX

Tyler Technologies Inc. has signed an agreement with the Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, the ACSA selected Dynamics AX to replace its 20-year-old legacy financial management and payroll system. The ACSA's goal was to find an ERP system that would help the service authority operate more efficiently and effectively, according to officials.

The ACSA expects that operating efficiency and productivity improvements from Dynamics AX will also provide flexibility that the ACSA needs as it continues to grow.

Huddle House Goes Live with Dynamics GP

Microsoft Dynamics partner I.B.I.S. Inc. has successfully implemented Dynamics GP for Huddle House Inc. restaurants.

Before implementing Dynamics GP, Huddle House had been working with an unstable application that lacked a business focus and had no available upgrade options, according to company officials.

After an extensive search, Huddle House chose Dynamics GP based on price, ease of use, and support. Huddle House was confident that Dynamics GP would ultimately reduce the time spent on manual processes, offer visibility into company performance, and achieve deeper insight for better decision-making and reporting, officials said.
