Affinity Sutton Taps Hitachi Solutions as ERP Partner

Affinity Sutton has selected Hitachi Solutions Europe to deploy a Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution across its business. The selection of Hitachi Solutions is the result of a selection process started in 2014.

Affinity Sutton, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in England, launched its business transformation program, Future Foundations, in 2013. The program is aimed at transforming the way the group does business. Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM will help Affinity Sutton facilitate new ways of working and a multi-channel approach to working with customers, according to Hitachi Solutions officials.

The solution which also comprises Hitachi Solutions' Field Service Automation software, will provide a flexible, sustainable platform to enable Affinity Sutton to improve customer services, streamline processes, reduce complexity and support future growth, officials said.

Minerva Business Systems Joins SBS Group Canada Partner Network

Minerva Business Systems Inc., a Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, has joined SBS Group's Canadian Partner Network Program.

Minerva, which specializing in the oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, service and airport industries, now represents the new SBS Pacific Canada office.
