XTIVIA Inc. acquires Pleasant Valley Business Solutions

XTIVIA Inc., a provider of enterprise information management solutions, has acquired privately held Pleasant Valley Business Solutions (PVBS), a Microsoft ERP and financial management solution provider.

PVBS is a Microsoft ERP partner for government contractors, helping clients to support the requirements of the Defense Contract Audit Agency while giving them access to information to help them optimize contract utilization, according to officials at the two companies.

Together, XTIVIA and PVBS will meet a wider set of customer needs by integrating products, technologies, and services. PVBS Dynamics solution was created specifically to help growing government contractors better manage and optimize their business and contracts, officials said.

"I'm very excited about joining the XTIVIA family and providing technology solutions PVBS has not previously considered," said Bernard Mustafa, PVBS president, in a statement. This acquisition moves PVBS and XTIVIA to a unique position of providing a wide array of technology solutions to our clients!" he added.

PowerObjects joins the Provance global partner program

PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies company, has become a global partner in the Provance partner program. PowerObjects will provide Provance IT Service Management as part of its technology portfolio.
