ClearCourse acquires digital strategy and CRM provider Trillium

ClearCourse Partnership LLP, a group of technology companies providing software, services and digital capabilities to the membership, events and bookings, and sports and leisure sectors, has acquired Trillium, a provider of CRM software and a digital strategy consultancy.

Founded in 2010, Trillium offers its clients digital services and CRM tools, using technology platforms such as Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement.

The companies will now be able to cross-sell relevant products and services to each other's customers, according to officials of the two companies. ClearCourse will support Trillium's growth by providing strategic and operational guidance, relevant products and services from other companies in the partnership.

Five9 to provide customer experiences using Microsoft Teams

Five9 Inc., a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact center, today announces that the company will integrate the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center platform with Microsoft Teams.

The integration of Five9 and Teams will enable contact center agents to access all the resources of their Teams' communities, enabling them to solve customer issues faster.
