DXC Eclipse to implement Dynamics 365 platform for Seed Heritage

DXC Technology subsidiary practice DXC Eclipse will implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Seed Heritage, an Australian fashion retailer. Seed Heritage is part of the Brandbank Group, which has more than 500 stores across Australia and more than 2,000 employees.

Seed Heritage selected DXC Eclipse and Dynamics 365 because it was looking for a purpose-built retail solution that would help it grow locally and expand into overseas markets, according to officials of two the companies.

The benefits of the implementation include a centralized view of each customer, regardless of which channel they use to interact with the business, according to officials. D365 will enable the company to integrate all departments across the business, improving customer service and driving growth.

"More and more retailers are undoubtedly looking at digital transformation as a way to meet customer expectations now and into the future," said Martin Wildsmith, director, DXC Eclipse, in a statement. Hitachi Solutions America, a provider of global industry solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud, has announced Advanced Connect for Field Service, a pre-built, no-code integration that connects Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics 365 Field Service.
