The first thing Michalis says is that business apps are probably the most "critical component" of business success.

Yes, talented, dedicated people are critical. And, yes, great products and sound processes are crucial. Competitiveness, focus, and quality sure help, too! And so goes the list of basic ingredients  for a successful business (let's not forget the ability to survive through tough times). But I am firmly in the camp that cutting-edge business applications are an absolute necessity, not just nice-to-have ingredient, but something you can bet your future on.

Michalis says that CRM is an active market that is flourishing because companies of all sizes with a variety of requirements are investing in CRM at a very rapid pace-and the competition is strong. And that means CRM providers have to create better and better products and provide services.

"This is a beautiful signal to me," he says. "It tells me CRM is undeniably at the ‘bet your business' level of investment for success."

And, of course, Michalis believes that the features and functions in Dynamics CRM are the best. Now, he says it's his job to help you reach the same conclusion that Microsoft brings the best technology to the game to enable its customers to connect in meaningful ways with their customers.
